That's great news! As your business expands, we'll work with you to transition to our standard commercial pricing. We'll provide advance notice and help you budget for the change. Our goal is to support your growth journey.
Can I apply if I'm just starting my business?
Absolutely! We love supporting new businesses. As long as you have a business name and are actively providing services, you're welcome to apply even if you're in your first month of operation.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
We ask for a commitment to recurring monthly service, but there's no long-term contract. You can adjust your frequency or cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What information do I need to provide?
Just basic business details: your business name, type, estimated monthly laundry volume, and why you qualify for the small business discount. No complex paperwork or documentation required - we keep it simple!
Can I use this for both my business and personal laundry?
The small business discount applies only to business-related laundry (towels, linens, capes, uniforms, etc.). Personal laundry would be billed at our residential rates. However, you can have both services on one account.
How is this different from regular commercial pricing?
You get all the same benefits - flexible scheduling, monthly invoicing, professional service - just at $1.40/lb instead of $2.00/lb (30% savings). The only difference is the price and the volume expectations.
