Ohana Wash provides laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery services. Our services include:

• Wash and fold laundry service
• Pickup and delivery
• Commercial laundry services
• Special care for delicate items

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Check pockets for valuable items before submitting laundry
• Separate delicate items and provide special care instructions
• Be available during scheduled pickup and delivery times
• Pay for services in a timely manner
• Not submit items that are prohibited or illegal

4. Pricing and Payment

Payment terms:

• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Payment is due upon service completion
• We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods
• Additional charges may apply for special services or rush orders
• Subscription plans may have separate terms and pricing

5. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

6. Liability and Lost Items

Regarding liability:

• We are not responsible for items left in pockets
• Liability for damaged items is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge or $50, whichever is less
• We are not responsible for damage to items with pre-existing conditions
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• We maintain insurance for lost or damaged items within policy limits

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policy:

• Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup
• Late cancellations may incur a fee
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Subscription cancellations require 30 days notice

8. Prohibited Items

The following items are not accepted:

• Items contaminated with hazardous materials
• Illegal items or contraband
• Items with excessive pet hair (without prior notice)
• Items requiring specialized cleaning beyond our capabilities

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ohana Wash and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any user who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hawaii.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
